These terms explain how Wellworking's SMS marketing service works, including the types of messages you may receive, how to opt out and how we protect your personal information.

Last updated: 14th July 2026

1. About these terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms apply if you choose to receive SMS or text messages from Wellworking.

By signing up to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms. Your use of the service also remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms or change the service from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page.

2. Messages you may receive

If you choose to receive SMS or text messages from Wellworking, we may send you recurring messages about:

  • promotions and special offers;
  • product updates;
  • abandoned basket reminders;
  • other marketing communications that may be relevant to you.

Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with Wellworking.

Signing up to receive text messages is entirely optional and is not a condition of making a purchase.

3. Charges

Wellworking does not charge for sending text messages.

However, your mobile network provider may charge you for receiving messages or using mobile data. Any such charges are your responsibility. Please contact your network provider if you are unsure about your tariff.

4. Opting out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time.

Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us or use the unsubscribe link included in the message where available.

We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive any further marketing text messages unless you choose to subscribe again.

If you are subscribed to more than one Wellworking messaging programme, you may need to unsubscribe from each programme separately where applicable.

5. Help and support

If you need help with our mobile messaging service, reply HELP to one of our messages or contact us at info@wellworking.co.uk.

6. Mobile numbers

You are responsible for providing us with a valid mobile telephone number.

If your mobile number changes, you should unsubscribe using your old number (where possible) and subscribe again using your new number.

7. Service availability

Our mobile messaging service depends on third-party mobile network providers.

We cannot guarantee that text messages will always be delivered promptly or without interruption and are not responsible for delays or failures caused by mobile network operators or other third parties.

We may change the telephone number or short code used to provide the service. If we do, we will notify you where reasonably practicable.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wellworking accepts no liability for delayed, failed or misdirected delivery of text messages, or for any action taken or not taken in reliance on information provided through the service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be limited or excluded.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy.

Information about how we collect, use and protect your personal information, including information collected through our mobile messaging service, is available in our Privacy Policy.
